Inspirational music graces Reagan funeral

WASHINGTON - Here is a list of the music used Friday at the funeral of former President Reagan at the Washington National Cathedral, as described in the order of service.

Before the service:

``Faire is the Heaven,'' by William H. Harris

``Bring Us, O Lord God,'' by William H. Harris

``And I Saw a New Heaven,'' by Edgar Bainton

All three performed by the U.S. Marine Chamber Orchestra.

``Ave Maria,'' by Franz Schubert, sung by Ronan Tynan, Irish tenor

``Ruffles and Flourishes''

``Hail to the Chief''

``Navy Hymn,'' by James Sanderson

All three performed by U.S. Coast Guard Band.

Anthems:

``Jerusalem,'' sung by the Washington National Cathedral Choir

``Battle Hymn of the Republic,'' by William Steffe, sung by the U.S. Armed Forces Chorus

``Amazing Grace,'' sung by Ronan Tynan

Hymn: ``Ode to Joy,'' by Ludwig van Beethoven, sung by all

Anthem: ``The Mansions of the Lord,'' by Nick Glennie-Smith, sung by the U.S. Armed Forces Chorus
